Reception of citizens

The procedure for reception of citizens at the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Citizens’ Appeals’, is regulated by:

The reception office is open:

Monday to Thursday – from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 1:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.;

Friday – from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., from 1:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Advance registration for a personal appointment with the head of the regional prosecutor's office, his first deputy or deputies is carried out by the responsible department (the department for organising appointments with citizens, considering appeals and requests) on the basis of a written application from a citizen or his authorised representative in accordance with the procedure established by law, drawn up in compliance with the requirements of Articles 5 and 8 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Appeals from Citizens’ (specific questions regarding appointments can be found at this link)
