Prokudin Dmytro Viktorovych

Born: 19 July 1981 in Ivano-Frankivsk.

Education: higher, graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2003.

From July 2003 to December 2012, he worked in the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office as an assistant and senior assistant district prosecutor, prosecutor of the department for supervising compliance with the law in the enforcement of court decisions in criminal proceedings, as well as in the application of other coercive measures related to the restriction of personal freedom of citizens of the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.

From December 2012 to April 2015, he was a senior prosecutor in the Second Supervisory Department for Compliance with the Law in Pre-trial Investigations and Support of Public Prosecution, Department for Supervision of Compliance with the Law by Internal Affairs Bodies, Main Department for Supervision in Criminal Proceedings, Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

From April 2015 to December 2015, he was the prosecutor of the Podilskyi district of Kyiv.

From December 2015 to January 2019, he was the head of the Kyiv Local Prosecutor’s Office No. 7 in Kyiv.

From January 2019 to March 2021, he was the head of the Kyiv Local Prosecutor’s Office No. 6 in Kyiv.

From March 2021 to June 2025, he was the head of the Pechersk District Prosecutor’s Office in Kyiv.

From 1 July 2025 – Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Repeatedly commended by the Prosecutor General.

First Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office

Halushko Petro Petrovych

Born: 1 October 1991 in the town of Zarichne, Rivne Oblast.

Education: higher, graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine in 2013.

From September 2013 to December 2017, he worked at the prosecutor’s office of the Odesa oblast.

From December 2017 to June 2025, he held positions at the prosecutor’s office of the city of Kyiv, including an administrative position as deputy head of the Pechersk District Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Kyiv.

Since 1 July 2025, he has been the first deputy head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office

Sitar Dmytro Vasyliovych

Born: 10 May 1989 in Kyiv.

Education: higher, graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2013. Candidate of Legal Sciences.

From September 2013 to October 2020, he worked at the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office as an intern, district prosecutor, and local and regional prosecutor.

From October 2020 to March 2021, he was the deputy head of the Kyiv Local Prosecutor’s Office No. 6 in Kyiv.

From April 2021 to June 2025, he worked as First Deputy Head of the Pechersk District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv.

Since 1 July 2025, he has served as Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

He has been commended by the Prosecutor General on numerous occasions.

Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office

Tamozhnia Olena Oleksandrivna

Born: 8 March 1986 in Kropyvnytskyi.

Education: graduated from the National Academy of Public Prosecutors Office of Ukraine in 2009. Candidate of Legal Sciences.

From November 2008 to March 2016 – assistant and senior assistant prosecutor, prosecutor, senior prosecutor of the prosecutor’s office in the prosecutor’s offices of Kirovohrad and Kyiv oblasts.

From March 2016 to January 2022 – Prosecutor of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Head of the Juvenile Justice Department of the Kyiv Region Prosecutor’s Office.

From January 2022 to July 2025 – Prosecutor of the Bucha District Prosecutor’s Office of Kyiv Oblast.

Since 17 July 2025 – Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office

Grabets Ihor Nestorovych

Born: 02 June1985, Ivano-Frankivsk.

Education: graduated from The National University “Odesa Law Academy” in 2007. Candidate of Legal Sciences.

In January 2007, he began working at the prosecutor’s office of the Kyiv oblast as an assistant to the Boryspil interdistrict prosecutor of the Kyiv oblast.

From August 2010 to December 2011, he worked as deputy prosecutor of the Boryspil Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyiv oblast.

From December 2011 to January 2012, he held the position of deputy head of the Department for the Protection of Constitutional Rights and Freedoms of Citizens and Interests of the State of the Directorate for the Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens and Interests of the State of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, and from January to July 2012, he was Deputy Head of the Department for Oversight of Compliance with the Law by Bodies Conducting Operational-Investigative Activities, Inquiries and Pre-trial Investigations of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

From July 2012 to April 2013, he held the position of Head of the Department for Representation and Protection of Citizens’ and State Interests in Court at the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

From April 2013 to March 2014, he headed the department for the protection of citizens’ and state interests in the field of land relations at the Main Directorate for Representation in Court, Protection of Citizens’ and State Interests in the Enforcement of Court Decisions of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine.

From October 2014, he worked at the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office as First Deputy Prosecutor of the Kyiv oblast.

In October 2020, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

By decree of the President of Ukraine, he was awarded the honorary title of ‘Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine’. He was awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He has been commended by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on numerous occasions.
